Shipping Policies

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Domestic Shipping

We offer domestic shipping by Canada Post tracked parcel. 

Free shipping is available on Canadian orders over $100 using code FREESHIP at checkout.


Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free contactless local pickup from our home studio in Stony Plain. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our contactless pickup hours are 9am to 8pm any day of the week. Your order will be left in the provided contactless pickup spot listed in your detailed pickup email during these hours.


International Shipping

We also offer international shipping. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If they are not displaying, please contact us for a custom shipping quote at 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Clever Arrow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Incorrect Address/Returned Parcels

We are legally obligated to ship to the address provided at checkout by you, the customer. If your order is returned to Clever Arrow because of incomplete or incorrect address, your items will be restocked and you will receive a credit for the items only. We will not refund the amount for shipping costs after your order has been mailed out.
